Dear Current, Past, and Future Cayucos Chamber Members
2020 has been an unprecedented year. Yet, as a community we’re holding on…in ways that are uniquely Cayucos. We’re seeing examples of it every day. It means getting things done with fewer resources, making changes, and finding new ways to do business. We see you and know this has been incredibly hard.
At the Cayucos Chamber, we’ve also been hit hard with changes. Most of our beloved events that bring visitors to town throughout the year have been cancelled due to COVID restrictions. So, we also find ourselves asking questions about short- and long-term goals, what comes next, how we can continue to support our community until things level off, and the impacts of it all without our normal event income. Luckily, we went into 2020 with a healthy financial picture and everything is stable for now.
We need you right now to help shape our planning efforts and lend your insights to how we move forward. And, your renewed membership will be what sustains our organization in this challenging situation.
